Somu(Somuchfear) was terrified of ordinary things... of magnifying glasses for example. One evening when Somu was walking home from work an extraordinary thing happened. He took his normal shortcut through the alley between the old toy store and the museum. He had only gotten a few paces into the alley when he saw a bright light in the sky. A shooting star hit the ground and bounced into a nearby garbage can. Somu stood pondering what to do for a few minutes starring at the can. All of a sudden it started making loud popping sounds.
